Why I recommend UC browser for mobile

UC

It is free browser for mobiles. It has many features that every one needs. Some are like free 1 gb temperary storage, Qwerty support, Jar download etc. I mentionQwerty support here because many other browsers does not support this feature. If your browser does not support download UC or enable full screen edit in your browser.

Needs

It is so good when combined with some MIDP 2.1+ . The basic need for UC is your mobile should support Jar files above 900 kb. As it consists of many features. Thats enough for Java version of UC. Im writing more about java UC because Im using it. If your phone allows the java apps to add&edit files, you can download files.

Downloading files

Downloading files in UC completes in a minute. Because it supports 30-50 kb/s (2g)in some popular careers like Airtel,Vodafone. You can download large files in UC. If you want to download a 300 mb file, it will finish in an hour(3600 s). It is 10x speed than other browsers. Its current version is 8.9.

File manager

It is coming with a cool feature of file manager. Its manager can edit even the formats of all files except .Jar files. You can also download.Jar file in this format. Filename_jar you can edit this from _jar to jar in your normal rename option. You can also hide files from others by changing its format. Eg. Arjun.fb2 to Arjun.jpg or Arjun.3gp or any thing you want. (Changing name feature is not available for Java midlets(games,apps).

Online storage

UC 8.9 comes with a cool feature of free 1.07 gb. All you need is creating an account by either linking your facebook account or creating a new UC account. It is seperated into Temprary and Permanant. Temprary supports saving 1gb files . Maximum file saved time in temrary storage is 7 days. You can extend it for another 7 days. Permanant supports only 70 Mb. It can also can create some previews for pictures. Why Im saying this is for some traffic costs.

Money saver

Your operator will reduce the data allowance for uploading, downloading, and browsing. UC reduces the unwanted ads and other things and reduce your Usage costs. So 3rd problem is solved. 1st and 2nd are easily solved by its free online file storage. If you want to upload a picture to your site from any free pic site or a logo from banner creator, UC is very helpful.

How to save files Online

Saving files online through UC is simple as 1.2.3.
1)Click the save link option from action menu
2)Action menu can be accessed by clicking "R" in qwerty or "1" in normal keypad.
3)Select Offline download
4)Change the name if you want
5)Select temprary storage or permenent.
6)Click the link displayed
7)Offline download menu will be opened
8)Your download will complete in seconds.

Uploading the Saved file

So, now you have your file online and want to upload it.
1)Go to the upload form
3)Select browse
4)Click the third option
5)Select the file from the menu
6)Your page will be reloaded
7)Click upload or any thing in your form
