Prevent your facebook account from being hacked.

It is common topic all are searching for in google. There are about 58 crores result for that search term in google . Last week my precious facebook account is hacked by one of my friend who just hack my account to make some joke of me . I waked then and do some steps to secure my account . Now it is safe .

Reasons for Hacking

Lots of hackers are curiously waiting for hacking your facebook account . Don't think that they are mads to hack your account without any reasons . There are lots of reasons for them to hack your account . There are atleast 6,00,000 wrong facebook password inputs daily : Facebook .Top reasons they are hacking your account are They are asked to hack your account by your friends or any one else , They want to hack as many accounts they can and play with them , To steal your personal informations or your friends's one . Do you think why they hack your's account to steal your friends's information . You could see "only to my friends" option in privacy settings which allows only their friends to see their personal information . Your friend who has secured his account and may activated that option and you may be allowed to see that . So , if they hack your insecure account they can steal the information of your friend . That is why they hack your account .

Now let's see about the preventive measures that ensures that your account is safe . Changing your insecure account to secure one is simple as 1.2.3 . But it consumes some time .

Password tips

Like every one's first preventive measure create a protective unguessable password . A pass word with 8 letters is good enough to protect your account . My own tip is just minkle the numbers from 1 to 9 and create your own number password . Mind that it is not associated with you . It should not be your phone number or any thing else like that . Just create your own 8 digit password made of numbers which is not a sequence like 12345678 or 87654321 . It must be your own creation . Why I'm saying this is one of the main loophole in some one's password is thier profile details . A bot will combine all your profile details and can create and check 2000 passwords per second . If your password is associated with your personal details it may be easily hacked by simple bots .

Beware of strangers friend requests

Next one is avoid accepting or sending friend requests to anyone you dont know or even you don't belive . My account is hacked by my friend as I already said . He just hacked to prove his talent but others may use your account in some wrong ways . Some Males may have hot girls photos as thier profile pictures and will send a request to you . What you/I will do? . Just accept her oh sorry his request. You are thinking what they are going to do by just adding you as his friend. Because using three friends accounts your account can be easily hacked using Forgot password option . Even though you added some strangers as your friends ,don't worry just unfriend them . Keeping your username safe is some what difficult . If you add your phone in the start up it would be the one more step to secure your account. Because you will not give your phone number to unbelived ones . Am I correct ? . If you had not given your phone number in start up , just remove your email email address and add your phone number. Adding your phone number is simple . Just, click add phone in somewhere in settings . You will recieve a text message in your phone like recieving confirmation email in your mail account. That's all about securing your account by adding a phone number .

Phishing

And the last thing is phishing attacks . It is the attacks send by some hackers to facebook account holders through messages and giving a link to enter their password and username . That sites will look exactly like facebook.com page . What's interesting in these phishing attacks they have two pages for users accesing from mobile and PC users . They get your login details and redirect to the facebook home page and you will never get a single doubt in their attack . If you get an email like "Hey, Facebook user we are from facebook team . Unusual spam messages are send through your account. Secure your account by Entering your account details by entering this page URL of the page. Thanks for using Facebook -Facebook team ." Don't belive such messages . Just put them in scam folder . If you follow these things you can change your insecure account to a secure account .
